Homecoming News: “Midnight Masquerade” is Saturday 9/16 from 7-10:30pm. Outside Fieldhouse.

§  SPIRIT WEEK IS NEXT WEEK!  Monday-Hat Day, Tuesday-Big 10 Day, Wed-Decades Day, Thu-Tourist Day, Fri-Spirit Day  (Class colors are Freshman-White, Sophomore-Green, Junior-Orange, Senior-Black.)

§  Homecoming court seniors: you need to bring your filled out bio forms to Ms. Mak or Ms. Eveland by the end of the day Monday.

§  Class Officers: You MUST submit your class cheer for the spirit contest for approval to either Ms. Mak or Ms. Eveland by the end of the school day TODAY to qualify. Cheerleaders and Class Officers should work together!

§  Dance Tickets, will be on sale in the cafeteria next week. $20 per person. The first 250 people to buy their tickets will receive a mask at the dance

§  Guest request form must be filled out and returned to Mrs. Bogs by Wed if you are binging a guest from another school

§  Sophomore Class Shirt Money MUST be turned in to the office TODAY

§  Junior class t-shirt form and money due TODAY to Mr. Kania, Rm 206.

§  Wednesday will be Banner Decorating after school from 5:30 to 7:30 see your Class sponsor for more information, also voting for King & Queen will be during lunches on Wed.

·         Student Council Officers are meeting during second resource TODAY in Ms. Mak's room. Please check out a couple laptops and bring them to the meeting. 



§  The following colleges will have a representative in the caferteria during lunches if you wish to talk to them: Next week:  9/11 Wabash and Indiana University Bloomington, 9/12 Bradley University, 9/13 Grand Valley State University, 9/14 Monmouth College, 9/18 Hanover College, 9/19 Indiana Tech, 9/21 Purdue Northwest

§  Purdue Northwest College Fairs are:  Sep 14th – Hammond Campus & Oct 2nd – Westville Campus.  Go to pnw.edu/college-fair for more information.

Track & field conditioning in the WHS field house TODAY from 3:30-4:30 pm





Boys varsity football host Whiting today at home at 7pm



Boys tennis travels Highland for the Doubles Invite, start time is 9am.

Cross country teams travel to the Bob Thomas Invite in Lowell, 9am start.

Girls varsity soccer travels to West Lafayette for a 10am game.

Boy varsity soccer is at home against Hanover Central at 1:30.

Girls JV volleyball travels to the River Forest Invite for an 8pm game.
