AGES: 6 to 14
1st grade (22-23 school year) to 8th grade (22-23 school year)
**no experience required
What to bring:
*Wrestling shoes or clean gym shoes
*Headgear (if you have it)
*Shorts and a t-shirt
*Water bottle
Waiver (signature needed) - See Page 2 (We will have hard copies on site).
Parents (stay on site during practice - feel free to walk the fieldhouse)
