On behalf of the Porter County Council , congratulations, on your prestigious 2023 National Blue Ribbon Award from the US Department of Education! Blue Ribbon Recognition from Department of Education Award Letter of Recognition Presented by: US Senator Todd Young’s Office – Regional Director Jose M. Diaz US Senator Mike Braun’s Office – Regional Director Tony Ferraro Certificate of Award from Porter County Council to UCE Presented by: Porter County Council President Jeremy Rivas Porter County Council Vice-President Red Stone In recognition of the 2023 National Blue Ribbon Award from the US Department of Education Awarded to Union Center Elementary School of Porter County.

The library caught a chill, but don't worry the fire won't melt our little igloo! Our Penguin Patch Shop is up and ready for all of our student's smiling faces! Gifts are available for Moms, Dads, Brothers, Sisters, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Grandmas, Grandpas, EVERYONE you can think of and even our furry family members! Prices range from $0.25 to $16. We cannot wait to see all of our little penguins, but we won't give up their secrets! You'll have to wait until Christmas to see what they chose for you!

The UCE Penguin Patch starts Wednesday and we are still in need of volunteers!
