Congratulations to Andrew Camp, Rowan Kruszka, Evelyn Kohne, and Chase Matull. They advanced to the XC IHSAA Regional after running in the Chesterton XC Sectional this morning.

A typical day at WHS!
Mr. Lyons' Genetics class looks at fruit flies under the microscope, we participated in the Great American Shake Out Earthquake Drill, and the teachers new to UTSC got a tour of WHS and got to see some high school classrooms in action!
Ms. Melton's kindergartners review letter recognition and sounds while also practicing their fine motor skills. They use magnet boards and hole punches to practice. She also challenges Maxx to think of what letters spell out the sounds in "box".
Our teachers use a variety of ways to reach Every Student, Everyday to make learning engaging and impactful.

The Legend of Sleepy Hollow premiers this Friday at 7pm followed by showings on Saturday and Sunday.
Students in Mrs. Ball's dual credit Psychology class participated in a sensory lab last week in order to gain insight into how human sensory systems interpret stimuli, adapt to environmental changes, and connect with perception!
